Our family has owned rental property for over 30 years. We ventured into the vacation rental market in 2007 when we decided to try something different. Meeting new people from all over the world has certainly been a wonderful experience. We have owned and managed short-term rentals in Austin, Texas and are now moving into the Colorado area.
