Featured is our funky house in Georgetown, Colorado. This property is full of amenities, personality, and gorgeous mountain views.

This home has three bedrooms, two full baths plus a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, high speed wireless Internet, a washer and dryer, two inviting porches, off-street parking, and a fenced yard. Pets are always welcome at no additional charge and several cushy dog beds are located throughout the house. Georgetown has a lake for fishing and the Georgetown Loop is available for a scenic train ride through the mountains. Downtown has a nice collection of shops and a great old ice cream parlor. We highly recommend The Happy Cooker for their amazing breakfasts and their outdoor patio. There are also museums dedicated to the mining history of the area and several great parks for kids to play in. While there are many things to do in town, Georgetown is located just off of I-70 and is close to several ski resorts such as Loveland (12 miles / 15 minutes), Keystone (29 miles / 35 minutes), Arapahoe Basin (20 miles / 30 minutes), and Winter Park (30 miles / 45 minutes). This is the front door that you want to look for when arriving! There is an electronic keypad on the door for entry.

We provide a snow shovel and several boot trays by each entrance. We prefer that you remove your shoes inside the house, but it is not required.

The living room gets lots of great light, even in winter!

The media center has cable TV, a Blu Ray / DVD player, and a streaming box. There are also DVDs, games, and puzzles in the console. We also have gigabit internet.

The living room feeds into the dining area which features a table for 6 and views of the mountains.

The dining table can seat six total. (The extra chair is just out of frame.)

We have provided boot trays by each door and we prefer that you remove your shoes when inside, but it is not required.

Kitchen is equipped with a coffeemaker, blender, kettle, and toaster.

The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, an over the stove microwave, and is fully equipped to make an entire holiday dinner.

The half bath on the main floor has a sink and toilet. The washer and dryer are also in this space.

The half bath off the downstairs hallway has a washer and a gas dryer. These can be hidden with a curtain.

The master bedroom has a view of the mountains and the front porch. Every bedroom has blackout curtains for those needing extra darkness.

The master bedroom has a large dresser and this is where we have placed the dog bed. Feel free to move it around to wherever the pups like to sleep or stash it in the closet.

The master bathroom has a large sink area and plenty of cabinet space for your belongings.

The master bath has a separate shower and a soaker tub. (There is also an extra hot water heater so that you don't run out!)

The bottom few stairs do not have a railing, so please be careful!

This is the upstairs bathroom that is at the top of the stairs and in between the purple and owl rooms. It has a full bath with a shower/tub combo.

In addition to a large reading chair, this room has a storage space (small door next to the chair) that is perfect for stashing your luggage.

There are three dedicated parking spaces. One in front of each garage door and one just to the left of the driveway.

The back porch is nice for a coffee or a hot cocoa break.

The benches on the back porch convert into a picnic table. There are two to complete the table.

This is the backyard in winter. Sometimes the deer and elk will hang out in the yard.

This is the side yard between the front and back yards.

You can park in front of the house to unload through the foot gate before parking in front of the garage.
